Product Care
All our carbon products are built to last due to their unique build up of roll wrap carbon, however we recemend you read and follow these simple procedures to prelong the life long use of our quality products.
- If you feel the need to use a hammer please ensure it is a rubber mallet or you use a rubber hammering head which can be screwed onto the bankstick, always detach buzz bars from banksticks before hammering, start with small light blows to gage the grounds hardness, if the ground feels like concrete we recomend you use a bivvy beg or auger tool to start the hole.
- Never use the buzz bar as a T-bar to push banksticks into the ground.
- Although the carbon used on all our products carries a protective finish, twisting banksticks through sharp gravel can cause minor scratches, however this does not effect the strengh of the carbon and the sctatches can be hidden by wiping a lightley oiled cloth up and down the bankstick.
- We recomend that a lightley oiled cloth is used to clean and maintain all of our carbon and stainless pruducts.
- None of our thumb screws have penny slots on them due to the bite that you acheive from finger tightening stainless to carbon, however care must be taken when using our pod attachments on banksticks, over tightening the thumb screw may cause damage to the banksticks.
